Terms and  Conditions for Halal It

By using the Halal It (Halal It!) app , you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us
The App is published by United Bind FZ LLC (DMC-BLD05-VD-G00-717, Ground Floor, DMC
5, Dubai Media City, Dubai, UAE) and managed by United Bind Limited (Company No.
16295613, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, England).

2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older.

3. Services
The app provides:
– Halal vendor discounts and promotions.
– Subscription plans: weekly, monthly, yearly.
– Community engagement and third-party advertising.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

4.1. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Annual. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.2. Free Trial

Monthly and Annual subscribers are entitled to a 7-day free trial. No charges will be made during this period. If you choose to cancel at any time within the 7-day trial, you will not be charged. Once the trial period ends, your selected payment method will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee.

The Weekly plan does not include a free trial. Your payment method will be charged immediately upon subscribing.

4.3. Automatic Renewal

All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled:

  • Weekly – renews every 7 days
  • Monthly – renews every month
  • Annual – renews every year

You will be charged at the start of each new billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your current period ends.

4.4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the cancel button within the app. Upon cancellation:

  • Weekly subscribers – access continues until the end of the current 7-day period, after which the subscription will not renew.
  • Monthly subscribers – access continues until the end of the current billing month, after which the subscription will not renew.
  • Annual subscribers – access continues until the end of the current billing year, after which the subscription will not renew.

Once the subscription period ends, access to the app will be revoked.

4.5. Refund Policy

All charges are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or full refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period, regardless of the plan type.

5. Community Guidelines
Users must:
– Be respectful in discussions.
– Not post offensive, misleading, or unlawful content.
– Not harass or abuse others.
– Not promote competing or non-halal services.
We may remove content or suspend accounts for breaches.

6. Usage Terms
You must not:
– Copy or resell the app or its content.
– Misuse vendor information.
– Attempt unauthorised access or interference.

7. Third-Party Content
We display vendor offers and ads. We are not responsible for third-party services, products, or accuracy of promotions.

8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app remain with United Bind FZ LLC and licensors.

9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in English courts.

12. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
