End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for Halal It!

This EULA is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and:
 United Bind FZ LLC, DMC-BLD05-VD-G00-717, Ground Floor, DMC 5, Dubai Media
City, Dubai, UAE (the “Publisher”); and
 United Bind Limited, Company No. 16295613, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London,
WC1N 3AX, England (the “Manager”).
Together referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”.
1. Licence
We grant you a Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Halal It! app for
personal purposes only.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
 Copy, distribute, or sell the app.
 Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
 Use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, compliant with UK GDPR.
4. Payments
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
5. App Store Compliance
This licence is subject to the terms of Apple App Store and Google Play.
6. Termination
We may terminate your licence if you breach this EULA.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We disclaim all liability for losses or damages caused by outages,
errors, or third-party services.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved in English courts.
